Strawberry cream cheese crumble cake

A 9” cake which is really delicious with tea & coffee or added to a brunch table, afternoon tea service or warmed through a little for pudding. This is such a great cake with a tender crumb, loads of fresh strawberries which are grown on the bakery’s doorstep, creamy pockets of sweetened cream cheese & a crumble topping.

Serves 8-10 generous slices.
