Classic chocolate chip cookies made with Pump Street Madagascar Milk 58% chocolate

Instructions for baking raw cookie dough:
Allow dough balls to thaw in the fridge over night or at room temperature for approximately half an hour.
If you have a thermometer, you are aiming for the dough to reach 7-10 degrees C before baking.
Space cookies out onto a flat baking tray lined with parchment allowing room for them to spread
as they bake.
Pre-heat fan oven to 180C. Bake for 14-16 minutes until the middle of the cookie has almost set. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy.
